Theresa Carmody, LMFT
In practice for over 20 years, I specialize in working with couples and relationships of all kinds. I also have extensive history working compassionately with those who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. My approach is to offer psycho-spiritual counseling to assist people in the process of change for a greater sense of well-being. My education includes a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, and continuing coursework in East-West Psychology. Choosing a therapist can be a difficult decision. To help with this I offer a free initial consultation - 20 minute, phone session for us to discuss your concerns and the changes you desire.
